Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at dimensionalrfg.com and engaging the services of Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, contractors, and any other party who accesses our website or engages our services.

Services Offered

Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics provides professional roofing services including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial roof installation and replacement
• Roof inspection and diagnostics
• Storm damage assessment and repair
• Roof maintenance and preventative care
• Emergency roofing services
• Insurance claim assistance and documentation

All services are subject to a written agreement, scope of work, and any applicable permits required by local or state authorities.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection. The final project cost may vary due to:

• Discovery of hidden damage or structural issues found during work
• Changes in material availability or pricing
• Client-requested changes to the scope of work
• Unforeseen site conditions

Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated in writing via a formal change order prior to additional work being performed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual contract. Standard terms are as follows:

• Deposit: A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work as specified in the project agreement.
• Progress Payments: Payments may be structured in stages based on project milestones.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the project.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

We accept payment by check, credit card, ACH transfer, and other methods as agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment obligations are not met.

Project Scheduling and Timelines

Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete projects within the agreed-upon timeframes. However, project timelines are subject to change due to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Material supply delays
• Changes requested by the client
• Permit or inspection delays caused by municipal or government agencies
• Unforeseen site or structural conditions

We will notify you promptly of any significant scheduling changes and provide a revised timeline when possible.

Warranties

Workmanship Warranty: We warrant all labor and installation performed by our crews against defects in workmanship for a period stated in your project contract. This warranty covers issues directly resulting from our installation methods.

Manufacturer Warranty: Roofing materials are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranty at the time of project completion. Manufacturer warranties are separate from and in addition to our workmanship warranty.

Warranties are void if:

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs are made to the roof by a third party
• Damage results from acts of nature, including hail, wind, lightning, or flooding beyond normal design parameters
• Proper maintenance and care guidelines are not followed
• Payment obligations have not been fully satisfied

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing structural deficiencies, damage caused by prior workmanship, or conditions that were not reasonably discoverable during our initial inspection.

Property Access and Site Conditions

The client agrees to provide Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics with reasonable and safe access to the property for the duration of the project. The client is responsible for:

• Removing or securing fragile, valuable, or movable items from areas near the work zone
• Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work area for safety
• Informing us of any known hazards on the property such as buried utilities, weak structures, or environmental concerns
• Providing access to electricity and water if required for the project

We will exercise reasonable care to protect your property during the project. However, minor incidental contact with landscaping, driveways, or exterior surfaces is inherent to roofing work. We will make reasonable efforts to clean up debris and restore the work area upon project completion.

Permits and Code Compliance

When required, Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics will obtain the necessary building permits as part of the project. Permit fees will be itemized separately in the project estimate. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal building codes.

If existing conditions on the property are found to be non-compliant with current building codes, additional work may be required to bring the structure into compliance. Any such additional work will be communicated via a written change order prior to proceeding.

Insurance

Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics maintains general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as required by law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by events beyond our control or resulting from pre-existing conditions of the property.

Clients are encouraged to maintain their own homeowner’s or property insurance coverage throughout the duration of any project.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project prior to commencement by providing written notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, the client shall be responsible for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including labor, materials ordered, and any applicable restocking or cancellation fees charged by suppliers.

Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics reserves the right to cancel a project if site conditions present an unsafe working environment, if payment obligations are not met, or if the client is in breach of the project agreement.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or any project agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before pursuing any legal action.

Any legal action shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue shall be in the county where the project was performed.

The content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date; however, we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Changes to These Terms
