These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, contractors, and any other party who accesses our website or engages our services.

All estimates and quotes provided by Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection. The final project cost may vary due to:
Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated in writing via a formal change order prior to additional work being performed.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual contract. Standard terms are as follows:
We accept payment by check, credit card, ACH transfer, and other methods as agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment obligations are not met.
Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete projects within the agreed-upon timeframes. However, project timelines are subject to change due to:
We will notify you promptly of any significant scheduling changes and provide a revised timeline when possible.
Workmanship Warranty: We warrant all labor and installation performed by our crews against defects in workmanship for a period stated in your project contract. This warranty covers issues directly resulting from our installation methods.
Manufacturer Warranty: Roofing materials are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranty at the time of project completion. Manufacturer warranties are separate from and in addition to our workmanship warranty.
Warranties are void if:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to our services.
Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural deficiencies, damage caused by prior workmanship, or conditions that were not reasonably discoverable during our initial inspection.
The client agrees to provide Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics with reasonable and safe access to the property for the duration of the project. The client is responsible for:
We will exercise reasonable care to protect your property during the project. However, minor incidental contact with landscaping, driveways, or exterior surfaces is inherent to roofing work. We will make reasonable efforts to clean up debris and restore the work area upon project completion.
When required, Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics will obtain the necessary building permits as part of the project. Permit fees will be itemized separately in the project estimate. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal building codes.
If existing conditions on the property are found to be non-compliant with current building codes, additional work may be required to bring the structure into compliance. Any such additional work will be communicated via a written change order prior to proceeding.
Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics maintains general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as required by law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by events beyond our control or resulting from pre-existing conditions of the property.
Clients are encouraged to maintain their own homeowner’s or property insurance coverage throughout the duration of any project.
Either party may cancel a project prior to commencement by providing written notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, the client shall be responsible for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including labor, materials ordered, and any applicable restocking or cancellation fees charged by suppliers.
Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics reserves the right to cancel a project if site conditions present an unsafe working environment, if payment obligations are not met, or if the client is in breach of the project agreement.
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or any project agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before pursuing any legal action.
Any legal action shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue shall be in the county where the project was performed.
